By practising and developing mindful awareness you can better manage your stress. Apps are a good place to start so here are a few of my recommendations-they are so simple and will only take a few minutes a day.

Grounding Exercise

This can be done anytime you might be feeling anxious or overwhelmed to focus your mind back to the present.

Friendship Circle

This is a short & simple activity to help 'map' our relationships and see which of these connections are important for us to nurture and sustain and which relationships need moving into a different circle.
